Can you, please, share a few details on how you structured SDRs compensation and incentivized them? Great post, as always!

Great question. We incentivize based on pipeline + revenue generated (not just number of "leads"). So with this update, we simply removed the previous limitation that they couldn't use the signups as a source + are now fair game like any other source.
